Equipment Reservation
The Center of Emphasis provides a variety of equipment for faculty checkout. Full-time faculty and adjuncts currently under contract may check out the equipment for instructional purposes. Equipment is loaned for a specific time period and due to limited quantities must be returned at the agreed upon time.
The COE requests a 24-hour notice on all reservations. Be advised, we cannot guarantee the equipment will be available on the requested date(s).
You should receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of submitting the Request/Checkout Form. If you do not receive a confirmation from Cathy Farr or Gary Shockley regarding the requested equipment, please fax a copy of your printed request to 333-5710.
To expedite the checkout process, pleas1/17/08lines with you when you come to pick up the equipment.

Be advised that equipment is loaned for a specific term and failure to return the equipment at the end of the term will result in a loss of equipment privileges.
You need to print, sign and date the security guidelines form and bring it with you when you pick up the equipment. Click on the picture of the item that you wish to reserve.
