Network Outage Information: Planned & Unplanned

 

Planned Outages/Scheduled Maintenance & Upgrades

Routine maintenance will be performed during scheduled times. The information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

During active semesters:
1st and 3rd Sundays from 7:00am to 12:00 noon.

Between semesters:
Sunday mornings from 7:00am and 12:00 noon.

 

Unplanned Outages

In the event of a critical situation where an outage cannot be postponed until the 1st or 3rd Sunday, it will be handled between 4:30pm and 6:00pm that day. Occasionally a situation may arise where servers or Web sites could be offline unexpectedly during the day or night. These rare instances will be posted as quickly as possible.
