The Adjunct Evening Office is located on the first floor of the Thornton Building (T101) on the Macon Cove Campus and B206 on the Union Avenue Campus. The office provides a variety of services for adjunct faculty and students and handles many of the switchboard calls in the evenings. It is the communications center for adjunct faculty and maintains mailboxes for all on-campus part-time faculty. Students may contact the Evening Office to leave messages for instructors, pick up/drop off assignments or check classroom locations.

The Adjunct Evening Office provides a variety of services to faculty and students, including:

• Handle many of the switchboard duties in the evenings
• Develop and distribute the Adjunct Faculty Handbook
  (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) .
• Provide mail distribution between campuses for adjunct faculty
• Receive/facilitate communication between faculty and students, taking messages for instructors and students and delivering emergency messages.
• Provide copy machine/services; instructional supplies; workspace for adjuncts; and access to a computer and printer
• Provide assistance in problem solving for adjunct faculty in the evening
• Handle temporary class cancellations notifications
