When Your New PAWS Course is Completed
- Certification of Course Completion
- Submit the following forms in order
- Self Evaluation
- Begin Course Review - Starts the process of the technical, trainer and accessibility reviews. These reviews will not begin until the Self Evaluation is received.
Course Evaluation Forms
Select the appropriate link, and save the file to your local computer as a Word document. Then, print the form or fill it out electronically. Send a completed, signed copy to the Distance Education office, Macon Campus, FA2101 ( X4612).
